Terms of service

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you. Your account is for you alone; please keep your sign-in secure.

• Part of Gutta is free. What is included for free may change over time.
• A pass is a one-time payment for full access for a set number of days. It does not renew on its own, and nothing is charged again unless you buy another pass.
• Buying a pass while one is active adds the new days to the end of the current one.
• Passes are personal and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred.
• Printables (PDFs) are for your own study. You may print them for yourself, but not share, post, or resell them. They cannot be refunded once downloaded.
• Refunds are covered by our 7-day refund policy.

• Gutta is a study aid. It does not guarantee that you will pass the PTCE or any other exam.
• Gutta is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PTCB.
• We work hard to keep the content accurate and current, but it may contain mistakes. If you spot one, please tell us.
• Gutta is for exam study only. It is not medical, pharmacy, or legal advice, and must not be used to make decisions about real patients or prescriptions.

When using Gutta, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, download in bulk, publish, or sell our questions, lessons, or memory hooks.
• Share your account or try to get paid content without a pass.
• Interfere with the app, probe it for weaknesses, or get around its security.
• Use Gutta for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will refund any unused pass time.

The questions, lessons, memory hooks, design, and code in Gutta belong to Gutta and are protected by copyright. Your pass gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study.

You can stop using Gutta and ask us to delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not by itself refund a pass; refunds follow the refund policy.

Gutta is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim about Gutta is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States.
